The balm serves as a care therapeutic for aching muscles and joints, such as neck pain, back pain, sore muscles or joint pain. The tissue is warmed up, the muscles are loosened and the organic essential oils used can support pain relief. I personally use the balm for period pains and gently massage the lower abdomen or back area - pure relaxation.

Application: Apply a small amount gently to the skin.
