Shipping policy



§ X Shipping, Delivery and Delivery Area

(1) Delivery Area

Delivery is made exclusively within Europe.

Shipments to non-EU countries, third countries or destinations outside Europe are only possible upon prior individual request and explicit confirmation by Shopmed24.de.
There is no entitlement to delivery outside Europe.


(2) Shipping via Suppliers (Direct Shipping)

Shopmed24.de cooperates with selected suppliers and logistics partners.
Ordered goods are shipped directly from the respective supplier to the customer (direct shipping).

The customer expressly agrees that:

  • goods may be shipped from different warehouse locations,

  • an order may be delivered in multiple partial shipments,

  • packaging and shipping methods may vary depending on the supplier.


(3) Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


(4) Delivery Time

The standard delivery time within Europe is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates and do not constitute fixed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.


(5) Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

For deliveries outside Europe (upon request only), shipping costs, delivery times and any additional charges will be agreed individually.


(6) Transfer of Risk

If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

If the customer is a business entity, the risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider.


(7) Delivery Delays

Shopmed24.de shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • force majeure,

  • strikes,

  • official or governmental measures,

  • delays caused by shipping carriers or suppliers,

  • unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of significant delivery delays, the customer will be informed without undue delay.


(8) Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply.

Such charges are borne exclusively by the customer and are beyond the control of Shopmed24.de.


(9) Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer is requested to:

  • report the damage immediately to the carrier, and

  • inform Shopmed24.de without delay at info@shopmed24.de.
